Submitted by Dessi on Fri, 02/21/2020 - 12:55 On February 21st, a regular monthly supervision was held at the office of the CRWB with the participation of the CRWB and Caritas Sofia teams under the project "Comprehensive integration support for legally resident third country nationals". Group supervision is an area in which the two teams discuss their work on general TCN cases and their professional roles within different project activities. Supervision is an effective tool to support teamwork towards improving the quality of services provided and improving the working climate.
